The Field and Pavilion
Camp Albemarle has a large field that borders the Moormans River. It is a perfect place for a game of soccer or volleyball, and there is also a fire pit near the center of the field that can be used for cooking hot dogs and/or marshmallows, as well as other activities normally associated with a campfire.
The second photo shows the field during the late afternoon as the sun begins to dip behind a nearby ridge.
You can see the Outdoor Pavilion in the right side of the picture. Guests at Camp Albemarle will find picnic tables, grills, and a water spigot near the Pavilion.
